Photoshop practice for digipak

Today I practiced using photoshop for my final digipak design, using layering, the magnetic lasso and changing opacity. Below is a practice photo, which is not my final idea but gives a sense of what is needed for the final project.

Practicing some of my earlier design ideas allows me to generate more inventive ideas and therefore understand a clearer picture of what I really want for my digipak, whilst maintaining a strong correlation between the music video and the digipak design.
