Midnight City by M83 incorporates many of the features me and Megan are storyboarding and thinking of using. For instance slow motion tracking through the forests and the use of light throughout to show different times is fairly similar to the ideas we came up with. There are many differences though between our music video plans and theirs, as we are using only one character and using many different locations apart from a warehouse and a forest, like a river, field and a street. We also planning to be more choppy with our clips, many of them being short and to the quick beat. We are also rewinding the end of our music video to revisit previous clips for the audience to then understand the narrative.
