British Analysis within 'Trainspotting'

Year of release: 1996
Director: Danny Boyle
Writers: Irvine Welsh and John Hodge
Running Time: 94 mins
Production Companies: Channel four films, Figment Films and The Noel Gay Motion Picture Company

British representation within the film 'Trainspotting' adheres to the conventions of 'Britain' in that a local pub features regularly throughout, including a lot drinking then in turn causing fights, which stereotypically adheres to the British being known for hooliganism, as trouble with the police and increasingly breaking the law occurs throughout the film.
